HVAC website design

Websites for HVAC companies, rebuilt in 7 days.

Nobody shops for a heating company on a nice day. They search when the house is already too hot or too cold, usually on a phone, usually annoyed.

82%

took longer than 4 seconds

Measured on 2026-08-25, on 598 of them that the test could actually complete on. The other 21 are counted as unmeasured rather than as passes, because a rate is only honest against the population the check could run on.

The field

What HVAC companies in Tennessee are actually shipping.

Not an opinion about what bad websites are like. This is every HVAC company site I could reach in the state, scanned with the same ten checks, on the same day. The slowest one took 64.6 seconds.

Built for the trade, not recoloured

A symptom finder that asks what they actually noticed — warm air, a furnace that will not light, a breaker that keeps tripping — and answers with what it usually means and how urgent it is.

Every site I build carries the same ten things Google looks for. What changes between trades is the order, the language, and what the page asks first — because an HVAC company’s customer is not in the same situation as a roofer’s.

An invented business, a real site. Open it on your phone — that is where it is judged, and it is the same build a real HVAC company gets with their own name, services, reviews and photographs.

Questions

What an HVAC company usually asks.

How much does an HVAC company website cost?
$1,000, fixed, for a 5-page rebuild. $1,500 if it needs booking, ordering or payments. Care is $50 a month and is optional. There is no retainer and no setup fee, and the price does not change after you say yes.
How long does it take?
7 days from the day you say go. You see a working demo before you pay anything, built with your real name, services and reviews rather than a template.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain stays in your name, the source code is yours, and it is transferred to you at handover. Nothing is held hostage if you stop paying for Care.
Do I have to sit through a call?
No. There is no call at any point unless you ask for one. The whole process is 7 steps by email, one of which is optional, and your part is about twenty minutes of typing spread over a week.
What if I do not like it?
You see the demo first, so you are judging the real thing rather than a mockup. Revisions have no round limit — the boundary is on scope, not on how many times you can ask.
