SETUP // STEP BY STEP

Take one. Or take all of them.

Every product stands on its own. You do not need the website to get a monthly service, and you do not need a monthly service to get the website. Here is exactly what happens for each, and what I need from you.

The website

5 pages, built for a phone first, in 7 days from the agreed start date.

What I need from youA look at the working preview and what you would change, your logo and any photos of your own work if you have them, and access to your domain at handover (I walk you through it).

Get the website
  1. 1I research your business firstBefore I write a word I read your reviews, your services, your Google listing and your current site, and I measure how that site actually performs on a phone. The demo you receive is built from what I found, not from a template.
  2. 2You get a working demo, built for youA real site with your name, your services, your reviews and your photos where I could find them, live at a link you can open on your phone. Every button does what it will on the real site, though nothing is sent yet. It is what the finished thing would look like, so you can judge it on the real thing rather than a mockup.
  3. 3You look it over and replyOne line is enough. If it is close, say so. If something is off, say that. There is no form to fill out at this stage and nothing to schedule. When you say go, we agree the scope and a start date in writing, and you pay then. That start date is Day 1.
  4. 4Optional: tell me about the business in your own wordsIf you want the site to go further than the demo, there is a short questionnaire built for your trade. It asks how you would describe the business to a friend, who your best customer is, what you want the site to do, and what sets you apart. You can upload photos and your logo there too. Skip it entirely if you already like the demo; it is never required to buy.
  5. 5I refine it with what you told meYour wording goes in as you wrote it, because your voice is what makes the site yours. You open the link on your phone, tell me what to change, and I keep changing it until you are happy. There is no round limit.
  6. 6I point your domain at it and hand you the keysYou keep the domain you already have. You send one invite from wherever it is held, I change the two settings that point it at the new site, and your email is never touched. The hosting account is in your name at $0 a month, and you hold every login.
  7. 7I keep helping you get more out of itAnything I built that breaks is fixed free for 30 days, and I am one email away after that. A reporting page for phone taps and form requests is in progress; it is not part of the build yet.
