No domain yet?
We buy it together, in your name and on your card, inside your own account, at cost: $10.46 a year for a .com as of September 27, 2026. I never register a customer’s domain in my name.
THE HANDOFF · DAY 7
Your part takes about ten minutes on launch day: one invite out, and one account in your name. I do everything else, and your email is never touched. Here is every step, with a picture of each.
SEE EVERY STEP
01
From the company that holds your domain, like GoDaddy or Namecheap. It lets me change your website settings and nothing else. No password, no card, no transfer.
Your exact clicks, for your company ↓02
First I save a copy of every setting, which is your undo button. Then www points to your new site and your bare address forwards to it. Your email settings stay exactly as they are.
03
The account that runs your site is in your name, on your email, and you choose the password. It costs $0 a month. Once you are in, I remove my access to it.
04
Your new site shows on your own address with the padlock. You get a one-page sheet of where everything lives and a copy of every file. I remove my access to your domain too.
Simplified pictures. Your screens will look a little different, but the choices are the same.
WHAT YOU ARE HOLDING AT THE END
STEP 01, FOR YOUR DOMAIN
Never choose transfer, purchase or billing permissions. I do not need them, and a request for them is not from me.
WHAT I NEVER TOUCH
Email runs on separate settings from your website. I change the two that point at the website and leave every other one exactly where it is.
BEFORE I CHANGE ANYTHING
I check where your email is delivered, where your domain’s settings actually live, and when your domain renews. If any of the three looks risky, I stop and talk to you before touching a thing.
WHAT YOU PAY AFTER LAUNCH

Keep the domain and cancel the builder plan once the new site is live. We check first whether your email comes with that plan, so nothing you rely on gets canceled by accident.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
No. Your part is sending one invite from the company that holds your domain, and signing in to a hosting account in your name to set your own password. I do the rest and tell you when it is done.
No. Your old site keeps showing until the change reaches each visitor. That is usually within the hour and can take up to 48 hours on some networks. During that window a visitor sees either the old site or the new one, and both work.
No. Email runs on its own settings, which I never change. Before I touch anything I check where your email is delivered, and if your email and your old website share a server I stop and talk to you first.
Nothing changes. The website lives in your own account and does not depend on me or on any Novyx account to keep running.
Yes. It is plain web files, not a locked website builder, and you get a copy of every file. Any web developer can pick it up.
Yes, once the new site is live. Keep the domain itself. And check with me first: some plans bundle your email, and canceling the plan would cancel the email with it. I will tell you which yours is.

WHO YOU DEAL WITH
I build the site, I do the handoff, and I answer the phone. If anything on this page is unclear, call before you decide. Ten minutes is plenty.
