RICKY YBARRA / FOUNDER + BUILDERONE PERSON ON THE HOOK
Engineering discipline.
Owner-level care.
I design, build, test, and hand over every Novyx site. The same person who reads your reviews writes the page, checks the mobile form, and answers your email.
WHY THIS BUSINESS EXISTS
I found the same operational problem in websites.
Industrial and Systems Engineering taught me to trace a result back through the system that produced it. A local-business website deserves the same treatment: find the friction, measure it, fix it, and verify the outcome.
I learned the personal side by building a recruiting platform on nights and weekends: roughly 2,000 college programs and 60,000 roster rows. When you own the whole system, small failures cost your time and reputation. That is why the process stays direct and the handoff stays yours.

THE WORKING METHOD
Find. Measure. Fix. Prove.
That loop shapes the audit, the build, the mobile checks, and the dashboard after launch. It also keeps opinions from turning into claims.
Find the real obstacle
Measure the current state
Fix what changes the outcome
Prove it with the same test
