01 // WATCH IT WORK

See the whole job. Start to finish.

A review request after each job, a referral thank you for the customers who opened it if you want one, and a reply drafted for each new review.

  • Sends each customer you give me a short request with a direct link to your Google review page, by email, or by text when they have agreed to texts from you.
  • Two tap cards for your crew. The customer taps their phone on the card at the end of the job and your Google review page opens. No app, and the same page for every customer.
  • Five days later, one more message: a reminder if they have not opened the review link, or, if they have and you want referrals, a thank you with your website link to pass to a friend. Never more than two messages.

After the job

Meadow Ridge Heating & Air is invented. The words are what the software writes for it. The demo further down this page is the real thing.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. You finish a job

Add the customer on your customer page, send me a list, or upload a spreadsheet.

  2. They get one short message

From your business, with a link straight to the review box. One reminder if they do not open it.

  3. A review comes in

You get an email with the stars, what they wrote, and a reply drafted for you.

  4. You post the reply

You, or me if you add me as a manager on your Google profile. A person posts it every time.

WHAT GOES OUT, WHAT COMES BACK

One short request, and a reply ready for every review.

The request your customer receives, then two invented reviews with the replies drafted for them.

WOULD IT PAY FOR ITSELF

Do the sum with your own number.

Type what a typical job brings in and this does the sum. It is your number and plain arithmetic on the $99 a month. I do not know how many jobs it will bring you, and I will not guess.

That is revenue, before your own costs on the job. Google reviews + referrals is month to month, so the test is cheap: run it for a month, count what came from it on your private page, and stop if the count does not cover it.

DETAILS AND QUESTIONS

The details, when you want them.

Everything included in the $99 a month
  • Sends each customer you give me a short request with a direct link to your Google review page, by email, or by text when they have agreed to texts from you.
  • Two tap cards for your crew. The customer taps their phone on the card at the end of the job and your Google review page opens. No app, and the same page for every customer.
  • Five days later, one more message: a reminder if they have not opened the review link, or, if they have and you want referrals, a thank you with your website link to pass to a friend. Never more than two messages.
  • The same request goes to every customer. Nobody is screened first.
  • Checks your Google listing every day for your rating and your review count.
  • Emails you when a new review shows up, with a reply drafted and ready to post.
  • Puts a review of three stars or fewer at the top so you see it first.
  • An email to you on the 1st of each month with three things to do on your Google profile: post a new photo, answer new questions, and check your hours.
  • A monthly summary: requests sent, links opened, and how your rating and count moved.

Up to 200 review requests a month.

What it does not do
  • It never offers anything in exchange for a review and never asks only your happy customers. Both break Google's rules and the FTC's.
  • It cannot remove a review. Only Google can.
  • Nothing is posted automatically. A person posts each reply.
  • Google's public data shows the rating, the count and a handful of reviews at a time, so I see every change in the numbers and the text of the reviews Google shows.
  • It does not promise a rating or a number of reviews.
  • Referrals are off until you ask for them. The referral message offers nothing in return and does not track who was referred.
  • The Google profile tasks are yours to do. I only make changes on your profile if you add me as a manager.
What I need from you, and the terms

Your Google review link, and the customers you finished jobs for: a name and an email, or a mobile number if they agreed to texts.

Month to month. No contract and no setup fee. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the month you paid for. Built for the businesses I build websites for. Most of them also work on a site somebody else built, so ask.

Can you ask only my happy customers?

No, and be careful of anybody who offers to. Google and the FTC both treat that as a fake-review practice. Everybody gets the same request.

Can you text my customers?

Only the ones who agreed to get texts from you, and only between 9am and 8pm their time. Everybody else gets an email.

What if a customer does not want these?

Every message has a way to opt out, and it is permanent.

Will you reply to reviews for me?

I draft every reply. You post it, or I post it if you add me as a manager on your Google profile.

What about a bad review?

You hear about it first, with a calm reply drafted that does not argue and invites them to call you. I cannot take it down and I will not pretend I can.

How do the tap cards work?

Each card has a small chip in it that holds your Google review link. A customer holds their phone near it and the review page opens, on iPhone and Android, with no app. Two come with the service, and more are at cost.

What is the referral message?

If you want it, a customer who opened the review link gets one thank you five days later, with a link to your website they can send to a friend. It takes the place of the reminder, so nobody gets more than two messages.

$99 A MONTH / NO CONTRACT

Ask me whether it would pay for itself.

Tell me roughly how your month goes and I will tell you honestly whether this is worth it for a business your size, or whether your money is better spent somewhere else first.
